What it is for
Someone who already reads and writes does not need pictograms: they need big letters in a fixed order to spell any word, including names and things no board has. This sheet follows the same order as the ABC keyboard in the falatheo app (A to Z, Ç at the end) and includes Space, Delete and Speak, so the partner reads the word aloud, plus the digits 0 to 9.
How to use it, in three steps
- Print, laminate and keep it within reach; the letter order never changes, so the hand learns the way.
- The person points letter by letter; you repeat each letter aloud and, on “Speak”, read the whole word.
- If pointing with a finger is hard, hold the sheet up and point row by row until you get a “yes” with the eyes.

The pictures are system emoji and may look slightly different depending on the computer or phone used to print. Word positions follow the falatheo app, so the paper board and the app match.
